Soyabean Peeling, Splitting & Polishing Machine Process Description
1. Raw Material Feeding
Raw materials (e.g., soybeans) are loaded into the Material Silo, which serves as a temporary storage and feeding buffer for the processing line.
2. Elevation & Conveying
The Elevator lifts the raw materials from the silo and conveys them into the main processing unit: the Bean Peeling & Splitting & Polishing Machine.
3. Core Processing
Inside the main machine, the beans undergo three key operations in sequence:
Peeling: The outer skin of the beans is removed.
Splitting: The dehulled beans are split into halves (cotyledons).
Polishing: The split bean halves are polished to achieve a smooth, clean surface.
4. Air Separation
The processed bean halves and the separated bean skins are transported to the Air-clock (Cyclone Separator). This unit uses airflow to separate the light bean skins from the heavier, finished bean halves.
5. Finished Product Collection
The clean, peeled, split, and polished bean halves are discharged as the final product, while the separated bean skins are collected for disposal or further use.
