Separation accuracy: The entire process of grinding the wheat core and skin is physically isolated, preventing any gluten particle from mixing into the finished product. The whiteness of Special One flour is 15% higher than that of traditional equipment, and the fineness is stable at 120 mesh (supporting free adjustment from 90 to 140 mesh);
Output gain: The grinding process increases the output of Special One flour by 8%-12% compared to the mixed grinding mode. One ton of wheat can produce approximately 100 kg of high-value fine flour;
Material adaptability: It can stably maintain a processing capacity of 450-550 kg/h for 10+ food grains such as wheat, corn, buckwheat, and chickpeas, without efficiency reduction due to fluctuations in raw material characteristics.
