Feed hopper → Dehulling chamber (rubber rollers/sand discs) → Air-separation system → Soybean kernel discharge port → Soybean hull discharge port → Motor frame.
Operating Process: Soybeans are fed into the machine, where they are kneaded inside the chamber to remove the hulls; a fan sucks away the lightweight hulls, while the heavier beans flow out through the discharge port, completing both dehulling and hull-bean separation in a single pass.

- Suitable for: Tofu, dried tofu (fuzhu), soy milk, oil extraction, and soy protein processing plants.

- Optimal soybean moisture content: 12–14%. If the beans are too dry, they are prone to breaking; if too wet, the hulls will not be removed thoroughly.

- Performance: Dehulling efficiency of 93–98%; breakage rate is typically controlled at 3–5%. Small-scale models process several hundred kilograms per hour, while large-scale models can reach several metric tons per hour.
