Peeling system:

The peeling system mainly undergoes 12 processes including peeling, embryo removal, black umbilical cord removal, and polishing. The peeling efficiency is as high as 98%. It also adopts a dry-wet dual-use technology (no need to add water in winter), avoiding the problems of repeated processing and low yield in the old type of sand wheel peeling machines. For example, by using an alloy roller screen together with peeling, the corn husk and germ can be removed at one time, ensuring that there are no residual black spots or debris in the meal.

Crushing system:

The corn kernels after peeling are sent to the crushing bin for gcrushing. By adjusting the grinding handle, 22 different types of corn meal can be produced.

Grading system:

Each time the machine crushes, it can produce three types of products: large grits, small grits and corn flour.

This machine is equipped with two motor controls and has a control panel, making the operation very simple. The peeling system and the grinding system can work independently or simultaneously. This helps to extend the lifespan of the machine.
