6FT-T3 corn grits making machine is mainly composed of four major systems, namely, peeling system, crushing system, grading system, and wind net dust removal system. The following is a detailed structural introduction:

Peeling system

Feeding device: usually includes a large feed hopper for storing and conveying cleaned corn raw materials. Some models are also equipped with an elevator, such as the T3 fully automatic corn peeling and grits making machine, which can automatically convey and lift the raw grain from the elevator feed hopper to the peeling feed bin.

Peeling chamber: There is an alloy roller screen inside, and the corn moves to the outlet under the rotation and push of the propulsion ribs. With the gradual reduction of the volume of the studio and the influence of the resistance of the machine parts, the density between the corns increases, and the extrusion and friction in the machine are enhanced. Coupled with the continuous turning and pushing of the rollers, as well as the friction and peeling between the machine parts, the corn can be peeled, de-budded and impurities can be removed, and the corn husk can be removed at one time, and it is clean and free of black spots.

Crushing system

Crushing device: Generally, a traction-type clutch crushing device is used. The corn kernels after cleaning enter the device. Under the crushing and traction propulsion, the material moves during the crushing process and the corn is crushed into particles of different sizes.

Adjustment mechanism: There are adjustment devices such as hand wheels to adjust the spacing of the crushing studios, thereby controlling the degree of corn particle crushing to meet the production needs of corn grits of different particle sizes.

Grading system

Grading screen: A cylindrical grading screen is mostly used. The mixed material after crushing enters the grading system. Through the screening of the cylindrical grading screen, the material is separated into products of different particle sizes. Usually, a variety of finished products such as large grits, medium grits, small grits and corn flour can be separated.

Discharging port: There are multiple discharging ports corresponding to different graded products, which are used to collect corn grits and corn flour of different particle sizes respectively. Some machines have four discharging ports, which are distributed side by side with equal spacing to increase the discharging range and facilitate the sorting of different types of corn grits.

Wind net dust removal system

Fan: The machine has a built-in high-efficiency fan that generates strong wind power, which is used to collect the skin, dust and impurities generated by corn peeling and crushing during the processing process, keep the processing environment clean, and improve the quality of corn grits.

Dust removal pipeline and dust collection device: The wind generated by the fan is guided to each processing part through the pipeline to collect the skin and dust, and transport it to the dust collection device for centralized processing, realizing the function of wind net dust removal, so that the produced corn grits are bright in color and free of impurities

The spacing between the crushing chambers can be adjusted by turning the stepless crushing hand wheel. The larger the spacing, the less the corn is crushed, and the larger the corn grits are; conversely, the smaller the spacing, the smaller the corn grits are.
