It is composed of silo, feeding volume control system, current display system, main machine tank, feed propeller, dehulling roller, milling roller, outlet kernel bran absorbing system, high pressure bran absorbing wind web, main machine steel frame, motor frame, wind blower for working room etc.
2.Clean material feeds into machine via an elevator or manually, by way of feed volume control system flows into propeller then into peeling work room to get onto fast rotating pushing roller. Roller outside surface is produced with special material grains of sand. Beans are got fricted and dehulled. Material touches with protruding points of sieve, bran goes out machine from sieve slot by way of strong wind from wind blow system.
3.Dehulled material continues to go to polishing roller and get clean and nice. Final kernel outlet is with a peeling precision adjusting system. Peeling performance can be flexibly adjusted according to different bean type and peeling result requirement.
4.Depend on bean type, main machine feeding speed, peeling precision, motor power consumption vary.
After the bean enter the peeling chamber from the feed hopper through the flow regulating mechanism, the sand on the surface of the rotating corundum sand roller grinds the bean cortex, causing the beans and beans, beans and rice sieve to rub against each other to achieve roughening and shelling. At the same time, the wind network system sucks air to separate the bran powder from the beans and discharge it out of the sieve holes.
